4. Counter-Notification (If You Disagree with a Takedown)

If you are a user whose content was removed due to a DMCA notice, and you believe the content was wrongly removed (for example, if you have permission to use the material or the content qualifies as fair use), you can file a counter-notification. To file a valid counter-notification, you must provide the following:

Once a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the removed content unless the original complainant files a lawsuit against you seeking a court order to keep the content removed.

5. Repeated Infringement Policy
